PASTOR

Scott and his family came to Rotan in September 2023. He is married to Paige and they have one daughter, Skylar, and one son, Eli. After just over a decade of Youth Ministry in Lubbock and Anson they heard God call and say, “Stay in the church”. This was a clear and evident sign that God was calling Scott to the Pastor role and out of Youth Ministry.

Scott loves playing golf and hosting people at his home. Scott has served mostly as a Youth Minister but filled other roles depending on the church which included, Worship leading, networking, sound and programming youth/preteen camps and retreats for the Big Country area.

Scott’s greatest passion is to make disciples who make disciples who then make disciples. You will often hear him talk about the importance of being a “Disciplined follower of the Master” and how we are called to live a holy, set apart, life.

Larry is a fixture of Rotan, longtime owner of Landes Furniture. A member of FBC Rotan for many years, Larry has been FBC Rotan’s Deacon Chair since 2022.

Lifelong Rotan resident and FBC member Dee Ann met Donny on an FBC youth trip to Six Flags in 1975. Married in this church, they raised their family here and now enjoy time with their 3 married children and 10 grandchildren. They are deeply committed to the FBC Rotan family and heritage.
